Because fragrances may smell slightly different depending on the individual, skin chemistry, environment, and personal perception, we cannot guarantee that every customer will experience a fragrance in exactly the same way.

Product images are provided for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product.

All prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency indicated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when placing an order.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, these charges are the customer's responsibility.

Bella Honey Oud is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

For hygiene and safety reasons, fragrance products may be subject to additional return conditions, particularly when a product has been opened, used, sprayed, or otherwise altered.

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
